Operational staff training

2112 Events provides top-notch training for our clients’ operational staff in both exhibitions and events. We can help you appraise your team’s skills, identify areas of concern and ensure you have all the tools necessary to guarantee events are organised with expertise.

Our training is tailored specifically to each client’s needs, spread across planning and management, customer care and on-site event training. It can include development and understanding of operational budgets, event floor plan production, contractor and service supplier appointments, how to produce a user friendly but definitive exhibitor manual, space-only stand approvals including complex structures, planning with the venue and the contractors, creation and management of feature areas, the planning and control of all on site activities and how to analyse the event on its conclusion. Ensuring security, health and safety awareness, supplier and crisis management are all in place.

We can provide a full training programme to ensure your staff are prepared to manage your event effectively. We will identify their needs and strengths and help them to plan how the event will be managed.

AEO trainer

Joanne Smith of 2112 Events undertakes the Operation Staff training for the Association of Event Organisers (AEO) on behalf of Answers Training who is the official training partner for the AEO.  Answers Training run an annual schedule of courses tailored for the Events Industry and all of the operational staff training for organisers and venues is written and run by Joanne on their behalf.

Our customer care training provides your team with all the necessary tools to deal effectively to understand your customers’ needs.

Our training concentrates on working with your team to attract customers and aftercare service and delivery.

Sales training

2112 Events can provide sales training on a one to one basis or for your entire team, identifying training needs from the beginning to the end of your campaign. In addition we can prepare sales plans and assist your teams in the specifics of on-site selling.

We can also provide a full report and analysis on your events reviewing your staff performance, investigating strengths, weaknesses and how to train and improve your team.
